If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, please do not use or access this web site and its services.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

However, Asiaprinting.net does not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other contents on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current and error-free. By using or accessing this site, you acknowledge and agree that the information and content on asiaprinting.net site is subject to change without prior notice.

PRICES

  1. All prices shown in the website are in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
  2. All prices displayed for the products on Asiaprinting.net represent the retail price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier. All prices listed do not include any shipping/freight, tax, insurance or any other charges. No discounts will be given unless shown on our site or during On-sale period.
  3. Asiaprinting.net reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any products due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance, under the instruction of manufacturers and distributors, and errors in advertising. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

  1. All the products on asiaprinting.net are supplied with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, if any. Asiaprinting.net does not express or imply warranty.

CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF ORDERS

  1. An automated electronic mail will be sent to you within 24 hours upon successful order made. No cancellation will be entertained once the order is confirmed and processed. Full amount paid will be refunded if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
  2. All products with exception of faulty products, once sold, are non-returnable. All returns must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your order and be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Return and exchange will only be allowed for items with manufacturer’s defects. Customers are advised to check the goods quantity and quality immediately after collection of goods. After the claimable period, Asiaprinting.net will not accept defects or errors claim.
  3. All returns may subject to re-stocking fee.
  4. If the defects found due to technical problem by Asiaprinting.net, Asiaprinting.net will reprint the job based on the original artwork. No artwork changes shall be accepted.
  5. asiaprinting.net is not responsible for any misplacement, pictures blur, spellings or typo errors on the artwork. asiaprinting.net will only follow exactly the files submitted.
  6. asiaprinting.net will dispose any goods that are not collected after 30 days, where no refund of deposits or payments be made. Kindly make arrangement for all self-collect items. If you need us to keep your goods for a longer period, please call our customer service at

DELIVERY SERVICES

  1. You have to choose the delivery method for your order when you place an order.
  2. asiaprinting.net will endeavour to deliver the Products as soon as possible after Customer’s order has been accepted and asiaprinting.net has completed the production of the Products.
  3. All goods are delivered by our appointed courier services. Asiaprinting.net only works with reliable courier services that have good track records. While Asiaprinting.net is committed to the timely delivery of goods to our dealers, Asiaprinting.net cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.
  4. In the event the goods are not received on time, please call us at and asiaprinting.net will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  5. As Asiaprinting.net uses a third party for all delivery services, and as such cannot be held directly responsible for any loss of order. In such an event, Asiaprinting.net will not be held liable for any damages or costs incurred, but will pass the details of the third party courier used onto the customer, so that the customer can then pursue the matter.

PAYMENT

  1. Customers have to make full payment when placing order. Asiaprinting.net will not accept any promissory notes.
  2. asiaprinting.net needs 1 to 3 working days to confirm on the payment made through online Internet Banking. For customers who use ATM cash deposit,bank transfer, or cheque deposit after bank operation hours, Asiaprinting.net requires 1 day to confirm the payment.
  3. Payment is to make payable to “Focus Asia Services L.t.d.”.

SYSTEM AND NETWORK SECURITY

  1. If you violate, disrupt or damage or attempt to do such acts on the security of our network it may result in legal proceedings against you.
