Check goods after collection
Customers are advised to check the goods quantity and quality immediately after collect the goods, if any errors or defect found, kindly visit or contact us within 7 working days (Claimable Period). After this claimable period, we will not accept defects or errors claim.
Defects found
If the defects found due to technical problem by asiaprinting.net, we will reprint the job based on the original artwork, no artwork changes shall be accepted.
No Replacement
We are not responsible for any misplacement, pictures blur, spellings or typo errors on the artwork, we will only follow exactly the files submitted.
Disposal of goods
We will dispose any goods there are not collected after 30 days, where no refund of deposits or payments which has been made.
